The Rental Process
In order to rent an apartment from us, you must complete the following:
1) Rental
Application: A
rental application must be completed. In processing your application, a
background check will be performed, where we will look at your criminal
record and credit report. Everyone that signs the lease is required to
fill out a rental application. The fee is $15.00 per application,
non-refundable. Click

2) Lease:
A lease contract must be signed. Most new tenants will get an 11.5 month
lease, while our returning tenants can choose from several monthly
terms.
3) Rent
& Deposit:
Before you can move in, we must collect the First Month’s rent, Last
Month’s Rent (LMR) and Security Deposit.
Our tenants have the option of renewing their lease during our renewal
season, which is from the beginning of April until the end of August.
Any apartment that does not get renewed will be available to the public
for new leasing.
